"F" Litter - Winter 2025

Gretel is one of the sweetest girls we have had here at Creekside. She has a wonderful, calm temperament, beautiful coloring and comes from a wonderful bloodline. Gretel's health testing was completed in June and we decided to move forward with the decision to breed this lovely girl. With much excitement, we welcomed a litter of 7 healthy pups on December 19th, 2024.

Our puppies are raised in our home following the "Puppy Culture" socialization and training method developed by Jane Messineo Lindquist -- professional dog trainer, breeder, AKC judge and founder of Madcap University. Puppy Culture is a positive reinforcement based program based on the latest science and studies on puppy and animal rearing. Before our puppies go home, they will meet and interact with many different people, including children. We implement early neurological stimulation (ENS) and developmentally appropriate socialization exercises. ENS has been shown to improve cardiovascular performance, strengthen heartbeats, strengthen adrenal glands, increase stress tolerance and increase resistance to disease. Beyond the early. training, our puppies receive regular nail trims and quickly get used to being handled. We start potty training at around 3 weeks of age using a litter box which makes them easier to transition later to pottying outside. 

 

Creekside Leo puppies include the following health guarantees: 

• Puppies will have received all recommended vaccines per their age at the time of placement into their new home

• Puppies will be microchipped and registered to their new owner following purchase

• Puppies will be registered with the AKC

• Both parents have had prerequisite health testing performed prior to breeding (this includes their eyes, hearts and thyroids)
